Hi Dave,

I just wanted to say thank you so much for the absolutely amazing service you all provided at our wedding party on 2nd June.

We never once stopped to think it was quite ambitious to be planning a 7 course wine pairing tasting menu for 42 people - because your can-do attitude and considered and calm approach made us feel totally at ease. However on the wedding day I think people were blown away with what we achieved.

Your team are fabulous - very profesional, attentive and friendly - just what you want at a wedding. Sam and I had a real vision for what we wanted the whole day to look and feel like and I know we set the bar high but we felt you really delivered.

We have had lots of comments about our wedding but the one which gets repeated is how stunning the food was and how good the service was. One friend commented that she thought it was Michelin star food served at a wedding.

We continued until midnight when no-one was ready to go home - so we had to kick them out which I guess is a sign of a good party. The pace of the meal preventing people going into a post-meal-slowdown and the dancefloor was full right until the last minute.
